The large kitchen-diner is an amazing space for everyone to hang out, make a meal, and enjoy dinner and drinks. The high ceilings and skylight windows flood the room with light in the summer, and patio doors open to the front and back. In the winter the Aga (note we only have an Aga to cook with at the moment but that might change) keeps the space cosy and warm. The kitchen has space to seat fourteen for meals and is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment.
This photo is of the kitchen set up for dining but off this space is a cosy room looking out to the rear garden. This means the children can play in here whilst the family cook, the adults can relax over a glass of wine at the end of the day or the whole group can gather to play games or just chat. Alternatively, if you let us know, we can set the room up for dining (or meetings) rather than playing.
A beautiful room with large sofas to curl up on, a log burning stove and a large flat screen TV with Sky, Wii, DVD player and plenty of DVDs. Games and puzzles are at hand for you to use.
Leading off from the sitting room our large collection of books, gathered over the years, is available for you to enjoy. There is a little bathroom leading from the room and french windows open up to the small back garden.
Everything you might need to do your laundry: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The front garden is the main outdoor space. Full of beautiful planted borders and grassy lawns it is a delightful space to enjoy a summerβs day or an evening BBQ. As well as the large patio there is a BBQ, a fire pit, a dining table for eight and a hot tub for up to six people as well as an electric car charging point.
The garden is our passion and hopefully it shows! The fish pond contains many goldfish and koi carp (and has a safety fence). The paddock has a small football field complete with goals, and space for a croquet pitch.
